The first dish I will review is Iberico Hoho Don. With your first bite, you’ll be captivated by the succulent and perfectly grilled Iberico pork jowl as its rich and flavorful taste dances on your palate.

Each mouthful is a delightful experience thanks to the meat’s tender texture. The natural juiciness of the pork beautifully harmonises with the earthy and delicate flavours of the shimeji mushrooms, creating a satisfying and comforting blend of tastes.

The rice acts as a canvas, soaking up the flavorful juices from the meat and mushrooms, thereby enhancing the overall taste experience.

As you savour the Iberico Hoho Don, you’ll be treated to a delightful balance of textures and flavours with every bite. The tender meat, fragrant mushrooms, and fluffy rice come together in perfect harmony, leaving a lasting impression.

In terms of presentation, the dish exudes simplicity and elegance, allowing the star ingredients—the Iberico pork jowl and shimeji mushrooms—to shine. The inviting aroma fills the air, tempting you to indulge in the culinary masterpiece set before you.

Next up for review is the Red Tonkotsu Ramen, a mouthwatering dish that boasts ramen noodles immersed in a spicy pork broth and accompanied by tender cha shu pork.

With your first delightful slurp of the ramen, you’ll be embraced by the aromatic and spicy pork broth, leaving you with a warm and satisfying feeling.

The broth’s richness and flavour perfectly balance the spiciness, creating a delightful kick that complements the other ingredients without overpowering them. The pork’s hearty flavours infuse each mouthful, providing a comforting and soothing experience.

As for the cha shu pork, its melt-in-your-mouth tenderness takes the dish to new heights. The well-seasoned and succulent pork adds a savoury depth that perfectly complements the spicy broth.

This dish stands out for its meticulous attention to detail in crafting the perfect broth, cooking the ramen noodles to perfection, and presenting succulent cha shu pork. It’s undoubtedly a delightful treat for both ramen enthusiasts and those seeking a flavorful culinary adventure.

The third dish I want to review is Chicken Nanban Don. This mouthwatering dish features deep-fried chicken served with a delectable tartar sauce on a bed of rice.

The crispy and flavorful deep-fried chicken takes centre stage with your first bite, immediately captivating your taste buds. The chicken is expertly cooked, boasting a golden-brown crunch on the outside while maintaining its tender and juicy interior.

The skilled frying technique ensures the chicken’s succulence, creating a satisfying contrast in textures with each mouthful.

A delightful tartar sauce accompanies the chicken, adding a zesty and creamy dimension to the dish. The tangy notes of the sauce beautifully harmonise with the savoury chicken, resulting in a symphony of comforting and satisfying tastes.

Every spoonful of the Chicken Nanban Don presents a delightful medley of flavours, textures, and tastes that linger on the palate. The combination of crispy chicken, zesty tartar sauce, and fluffy rice creates a harmony that will entice you to keep coming back for more.

Concluding my reviews is the Unagi Jyu, an exquisite dish that showcases the tender and smoky flavours of grilled eel, generously coated in a delectable teriyaki sauce, and beautifully presented on a bed of steaming Nanatsuboshi rice.

The delicate balance between the tender fish and the sweet nuances of the teriyaki sauce creates a harmonious combination that tantalises your taste buds. The smoky essence from the grilling process adds another layer of depth, further enhancing the overall flavour profile.

The Nanatsuboshi rice, with its fluffy and comforting texture, serves as an ideal foundation for the unagi. With each mouthful, the rice graciously absorbs the luscious flavours of the teriyaki sauce, beautifully complementing the eel.

The interplay of textures and tastes creates a delightful symphony that dances on your palate, leaving you utterly satisfied.
